PRIME For Life™ is an alcohol and drug education program designed to help individuals understand how alcohol and drug-related problems develop, what we can do to prevent them, and why sometimes we need help. Our certified instructors provide straightforward, research-based content in a comfortable and judgement-free environment. This 16-hour course is offered live, online in four weekly sessions. A new course starts each month. Participants must complete all four classes and pay the program fee in full in order to receive a completion certificate.

*Included in the price of the course is the participant workbook. This must be picked up from 1875 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84104 before starting the class. Please note that if you are unable to pick up the book you may request to have it mailed by calling the following number and paying for shipping. 801.363.9414.

Payment plan available: $25 deposit plus 4 payments of $40.00, paid weekly.
